What you'll get: one message with a sign-up link, to confirm this is your phone.
After that, nothing automated unless you subscribe — then it's coaching replies to the
food, weight, and photos you text in, weigh-in reminders, and progress summaries. No ads, no
promotions, ever.
How often: depends how much you text. Roughly 5–50 messages a month.
A few real questions. Nobody gets turned away for these. They decide which
of two modes you start in: the full counting version, or Kitchen mode — same coach,
same photos, no calories, no weights, no scores. Just what's in your fridge and what to do
with it. You can switch either way any time.
These next two don't stop anything. They change how it coaches you.
You'll start in Kitchen mode — and you should know exactly what you're
paying for before you pay for it.
What you get
Photograph your fridge, freezer, or a shelf — it keeps an inventory
"What can I make right now" answered from what you actually have
Recipes that respect your allergies and what you won't eat
Same coach, same photos, same texting back
What it deliberately won't do
No calories, no grams, no macros
No weight tracking, no trend, no target
No scores, no streaks, no "you're over"
Same price either way. Switch to the counting
version any time by texting NUMBERS — it's your call, not ours.
Cancelling is one text. Send CANCEL, we reply
asking you to confirm, you say yes, and it's done — billing stops immediately and you keep
access to the end of what you paid for. No forms, no phone call, no "are you sure" 5 times.
DELETE erases everything within 30 days, processors included.
sirloin, roasted potatoes, glass of red
Logged. 765 kcal · 72 g protein
That's 9.4 g per 100, with a steak dinner and a glass of wine in it. Nothing about that needs fixing.
The steak did almost all of it: 68 of the 72. Potatoes were 200 cal and 4 g.
If you ever want the same dinner for less, the potatoes are the lever. Not the steak.
scale says 198.8, down 2 👀
Careful, that's one morning. Your 10-day trend is 201.7, falling about 0.3 lb/wk.
Monday you were 205.3, so most of that 2 lb is just water leaving after the weekend. Nothing to do differently. Weigh again tomorrow.
↑ roughly how it goes
It starts you on one number.
Grams of protein per 100 calories. Everything else is downstream of this one,
so it goes first. It turns "eat less" into "swap that for this", which is a question you can
actually answer standing in your own fridge at 10 pm.

Photograph the block of cheese before and after and it works out exactly what
left the plate. Same with a shared board, a takeaway container, or a pan of something.
Point it at your fridge, your freezer, or one shelf of the
pantry and it keeps the inventory, so "what can I actually make right now" has an answer that
respects what you have, what you're allergic to and what you flatly won't eat.
Then it stops being about food.
Tell it what exercise you did and it counts, and it knows a lifting day
and a rest day are not the same day, so it stops asking you to eat like they are.
It also watches the clock. A protein-light dinner at 6 pm
is a 10 pm kitchen raid at 6:15, and it would rather say something at 9 pm than grade you
in the morning. It learns when you weigh in, not when a generic app thinks you should,
and it stays quiet the rest of the time.
